Our aim is to ensure that shipping and handling charges are kept at a bare minimum for our customers. We offer free shipping for orders over $350.
RETURNS POLICY & PROCEDURES
Because of the nature of lingerie an exchange service is not available. We are unable to replace lingerie products which do not meet your expectations. Please choose carefully.
As for sleepwear/clothing, exchanges are available within 7 business days of receiving your parcel, provided that items are in original condition and are not sale items.
Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original tags attached packaging in original condition. When trying on items, please keep items clean and unstained of any kind; ensure that you are not wearing perfume/ fragrance or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We may be unable to accept the return of any item that has been scented, stained or washed.
Refunds are not available for any item. Only exchanges and/or store credit will be issued for returned items that meet the above criteria.
